ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can water chestnuts
1 can bean sprouts
1 can green beans (French style)
1 can sm. white corn (hominy or garbanzo beans)
1 jar mushrooms (fresh mushrooms do not work)
1 sm. green pepper
1 med. onion, grated or better still 1 bunch green onions
3 to 4 carrots, grated
1 sm. head cauliflower
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can kidney beans
Broccoli

SAUCE:

1 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt & pepper

Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Keeps well in refrigerator for many days. Drain before serving.
