LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger meat
Mozzarella
Cottage cheese
Parsley
Lasagna noodles, cooked
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu
Salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. water

Brown hamburger meat in a microwave or skillet. Add jar of Ragu and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups of water. Mix cottage cheese and Mozzarella into another bowl. Mix with a pinch of parsley. Take a large pan and cover the bottom with the meat sauce. Add a layer of lasagna noodles and half of the cottage cheese and Mozzarella. Make another layer of lasagna noodles and cover them with the meat sauce. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Cook at 350 degrees, covered with tin foil 50 minutes. Uncover and cook for 10 more minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
