FRUIT PIZZA 
1 roll sugar cookie (Pillsbury)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Let these ingredients become room temperature before using. They work much better.

Press sugar cookie on pizza pan. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Do not over bake!! Let crust cool.

SAUCE:

Beat Cool Whip and cream cheese together. Add about 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, continue beating until everything is well blended. (You may increase or decrease powdered sugar to fit your taste.) Spread mixture on cooled crust.

FRUIT:

1 can peaches
1 can chunk pineapples
1 can mandarin oranges

Save juice. Canned fruit is also your choice.

Bananas, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes or other fruit. If you use bananas let them soak in fruit juice or lemon juice first (helps hold the color). Place fruit on pizza.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. orange juice

(If you use canned fruit, that juice may be used here.)

Cook glaze until thickens. Let cool and place over fruit.
