CORN BREAD CORN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. corn bread mix
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. jar pimento
1 onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 c. grated cheese

Bake corn bread mix according to package directions and then crumble in a baking dish. Add corn, soup and pimento; mix well. Saute onion in butter and pour over mixture; mix well. Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Always a hit at covered dish dinners.
