2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. whole milk
1 can cheese soup
1 can chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz

Simmer onions and butter. Add flour. Mix well. Add milk and add soups and Cheez Whiz. Add 1/2 can beer just before serving.
