BEER CHEESE SOUP | |
16 oz. Cheez Whiz 4 c. chicken broth (bouillon) 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. whipping cream 1 can beer 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. chives Melt butter. Mix with flour. Add chicken broth and cream. Mix until smooth and thick, using low heat. Stir until cheese is melted and soup is smooth. Add cheese. Add beer, Worcestershire sauce and chives. Simmer. Serve with popcorn. |
