BEER AND CHEESE SPREAD | |
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 sm. clove garlic, minced Have cheeses at room temperature. Combine all ingredients. Beat in enough beer to make of spreading consistency. Serve at room temperature with crackers or rye rounds. |
