BEER CHEESE SOUP 
1 (12 oz.) beer
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. reg. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. flour

Add evaporated milk and regular milk to melted butter and flour in saucepan. Heat on high 7-8 minutes or until thick and bubbling. Stir well. Add salt and pepper, stir. Add Cheez Whiz and beer. Cook on high until bubbly again. Serve with your favorite crackers.
