1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. flour
Salt, pepper to taste
2 1/2 c milk
16 oz. Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. flat beer
Popcorn

In saucepan saute onions in butter. Add flour, salt and pepper then add milk and Cheez Whiz. Add the flat beer right before serving. Garnish with popcorn.
