CHICKEN MAIN DISH 
Frozen broccoli or fresh
Chicken
Cheese
Cream of mushroom soup
Mayonnaise
Water chestnuts
Onion rings (French fried)

Place two 10 ounce packages of thawed and drained broccoli in a 9x13 baking dish. On top of broccoli, place 4 cups of cooked, cut up chicken. Place one layer of 1/8 inch sliced, processed cheese on top of chicken.

Mix 1 can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup with 1/2 cup real mayonnaise and spread over cheese. Optional: Top with 1 can of sliced water chestnuts. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.

Optional: Top with one can of French fried onion rings and bake 15-20 minutes longer. This can be prepared ahead of time. Put in refrigerator and bake later.
