HOT BLUEBERRY SAUCE 
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 1/2 c. blueberries
Dash of cinnamon & nutmeg

In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Gradually stir in water. Cook, stirring constantly over low heat until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Reduce heat. Stir in blueberries and simmer 5 minutes. Cool slightly before serving over vanilla ice cream with crushed graham crackers.
