BLUEBERRY SAUCE 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
Grated rind of lemon

Combine all above ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until thickened. Serve at preferred temperature over slices of cake or over crepes.
