BLUEBERRY SAUCE
1 pt. fresh blueberries
1/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Rinse berries and drain. Mix sugar, salt, and cornstarch in saucepan. Add water and lemon juice; stir until dissolved. Add berries; bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes or until clear and slightly thickened; stir carefully to avoid crushing berries. Serve warm or cold. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. Serve over ice cream, cake, or whatever you wish.
