HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 sm. jar chopped pimientos
Twist macaroni (3-4 oz.), cooked 5 minutes
Chow mein noodles

Mix all above except chow mein noodles in 9"x12" baking dish. Top with grated cheddar cheese (just cover lightly) and chow mein noodles. Refrigerate (better overnight). Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Sometimes omit water chestnuts and substitute almonds. Serves 8 to 10.
