LEMON CHICKEN 
8 boneless chicken breasts OR
2 lb. chicken pieces
1 c. apricot preserves
1/4 c. Realemon
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Coat chicken with mixture of preserves, Realemon, and soy sauce; then roll in bread crumbs. Place in greased casserole.

Pour melted butter over chicken evenly. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
