CHICKEN PICCATA 
4 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
1 egg
3 tbsp. ReaLemon
1/4 c. unsifted flour (or a bit more)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. Wyler's instant chicken bouillon or 2 cubes
1/2 c. boiling water

Beat egg with 1 tablespoon ReaLemon. Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika. Dip chicken in egg mixture then flour mixture. In skillet, brown chicken in butter. Dissolve bouillon in water; add with remaining ReaLemon to skillet. Cover; simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
