PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
SAUCE:

4 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Combine ingredients for sauce and cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Combine ingredients for meatballs, mix well. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in baking dish. Pour sauce over balls. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
