MEAT LOAF WITH PIQUANT SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
Dash of pepper

Soak bread crumbs in milk; add meat, eggs, onion and seasoning; mix well. Form in individual loaves; place in greased muffin pans. Cover with Piquant Sauce. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 45 minutes. Spread with sauce. Bake 1 hour.

PIQUANT SAUCE: Combine 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/4 cup catsup, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1 teaspoon dry mustard.
