MEAT LOAF WITH PIQUANT SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten lightly
Piquant sauce

Combine all ingredients, except sauce, into large bowl; stir well. Shape meat mixture into 12"x7" loaf; place in a 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove meat loaf from oven and pour Piquant sauce over top of loaf. Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes.

PIQUANT SAUCE:

3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
