2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together and press into bread loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Add sauce and bake 1/2 hour more.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. mustard

Combine.
