BECKY'S PIZZA CRUST | |
2 pkg. yeast 1 pinch sugar 1/2 c. lukewarm water 3 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 c. lukewarm water 1/4 c. oil Mix first 3 ingredients together. Let stand. In large bowl put flour and salt. Pour in the yeast liquid and mix in. Add the oil and 1 cup lukewarm water and mix. Knead about 3-5 minutes on floured surface. Put back in bowl. Let raise for 1 1/2 hours. Divide into 1/4's and rolled on floured surface (for thin crust or pan pizza as desired). Place in pans dusted with cornmeal. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes until bottom is light brown. May freeze on top with other ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. |
