BARBECUE PORK CHOPS 
8 loin pork chops, 1 inch thick
2/3 c. water
Salt and pepper
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. prepared mustard

Place chops in baking dish and mix remaining ingredients. Pour half of mixture over chops. After chops have baked 45 minutes, turn over and pour remaining half of mixture over chops. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
