BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
6 loin pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, minced
3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. vinegar
4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops on medium heat. Melt butter in a separate saucepan. Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes. Place pork chops in casserole. Pour sauce over pork chops. Bake covered for one hour.
