KENTUCKY STYLE BBQ PORK CHOPS 
6 chops 1 - 1 1/4 inch thick
2 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
3 black peppercorns
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. red pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. red pepper sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all but pork in a saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes. Best if sauce stands overnight. Warm sauce to serve. Broil chops over low heat, 12 minutes per side. Turn and brush with sauce frequently.
