BARBEQUE STYLE PORK CHOPS 
4 pork, about 1 lb.
4 lemon slices
4 onion slices
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Arrange pork chops in single layer in shallow baking dish. Cover chops with lemon and onion slice, catsup and brown sugar. Bake for 10 minutes.

In a small saucepan combine tomato juice, catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Drain pork chops. Pour sauce over all. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until tender. Baste occasionally with sauce. Serves 4.
