BBQ PORK CHOPS 
12 pork chops
3 med. onions, cut in slices and separated into rings
2 c. tomato juices
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Brown chops on both sides. Arrange in roaster or large casserole. Cover each chop with sliced onion rings.

SAUCE:

Combine all sauce ingredients together in medium size saucepan. Bring to boil. Simmer slowly for 10 minutes. Pour over chops in roaster, cover. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 15 minutes more. 6 servings, 2 chops each.
