BARBECUE PORK CHOPS 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
6 pork chops
2 tbsp. oil

Combine first 7 ingredients. Brown chops on both sides in hot oil. Pour off excess fat. Pour sauce over chops. Cover; simmer about 1 hour, basting occasionally.

Serves 6.
