BAR-B-QUE BEEF 
3 lb. chuck roast
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1 c. water

Trim fat off meat and brown both sides in a little oil in roaster, remove meat from pan. Mix all other ingredients together in roaster and return meat. Cook covered at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Remove meat from sauce and shred meat using 2 forks. Return meat to sauce and serve hot on buns.
