PINEAPPLE POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
2 c. shortening
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 tsp. butternut flavoring
9 eggs
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice for icing)

Cream sugar and shortening. Add flavoring, flour and eggs, 3 at a time. Beat well. Stir in drained pineapple. Bake in tube pan about 1 1/2 hours or until done in 325 degree oven.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted
Pineapple juice

Mix and spread on warm cake.
