PINEAPPLE BANANA POUND CAKE 
3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. diced bananas
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Sift all dry ingredients together. Mix all other ingredients and add to flour mixture. Mix well but do not beat. Bake in tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
