1 lg. head cabbage, shredded or chopped 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 lg. green pepper, chopped 1 tsp. celery seed 1 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar 1 tsp. white mustard seed 1 tsp. turmeric Salt to taste Pepper to taste Combine cabbage, green pepper and onion. Heat together the remaining ingredients to the boiling point. Pour over the cabbage mixture. Mix thoroughly and chill overnight. |
