HAM NOODLE CRISP 
4 oz. raw noodles
1/4 c. Crisco
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can Hormel ham
Bread crumbs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Melt Crisco in skillet. Add onion and green peppers and cook until tender. Stir in cheese soup, milk, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Add cooked noodles and ham. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake for 1/2 hour. Serves 2-4.
