SAUSAGE PINWHEELS 
1 pkg. Smithfield ham sausage or any good low fat sausage
1 pkg. crescent rolls

Roll 1/2 of crescent roll into oblong 6 x 8 inch thin roll (use both rolls if you want a lot). Spread thin sausage (room temperature, raw) over dough like a jelly roll, roll up.

Place in refrigerator or freezer until set. Cut in thin slices. Bake until brown, 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes. Temperature will vary with stoves.
