CHICKEN STEW 
6 chicken breasts
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper
3/4 c. port or wine
3/4 c. cooked peas
4 potatoes, boiled and quartered

Saute' the chicken until golden brown. Add onion and garlic and saute' until golden brown. Add tomato sauce, port, salt, and pepper. Cook on low heat until the chicken is cooked (20 minutes). Add the potatoes and peas. Stir and serve.
