CHICKEN SAN MARCO 
2 lbs. chicken breast, cubed, boneless (can substitute 2 lbs. cubed beef)
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 pkg. onion soup mix (1 envelope)
1 tsp. oregano
Pepper & garlic to taste

Combine ingredients in large saucepan. Cook over medium flame 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Check to make sure you don't need to add a little water to prevent drying out. Can be cooked in slow cooker - low setting 5 hours, don't add water. Can be served over noodles or rice.
