1 egg
2 c. canned milk
1 c. flour

Mix above together (it will be thin). Pour into hot greased pan until it covers the pan bottom. Cook until brownish, turn over. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and roll up. Makes about 6 roll ups.
