SWEDISH OVEN PANCAKE "PANNAKAKA" 
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Beat eggs and salt. Add milk and flour gradually. Mix well. Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan. Keep pan hot but don't brown butter. Add batter. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 or 40 minutes until top is golden. Serve with fruit or syrup.
