CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. ground raw cranberries
1 orange, ground
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple syrup. Stir to dissolve. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients. Chill in oiled shallow pan, or individual molds until firm.
