CHEESY POTATOES 
4 med. red potatoes
1 sm. bell pepper
1 sm. jar pimientos
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 roll garlic cheese
1/2 roll jalapeno cheese

Boil potatoes until tender but not mushy. Layer in casserole with bell pepper. Melt butter; add flour and milk. Mix well and cook, stirring constantly. Add cheese; stir until melted. Blend well. Pour over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
