LOLLIPOPS 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2/3 c. light corn syrup

Cook these 3 ingredients without stirring over quick heat to just past crack stage (310 degrees) on candy thermometer. Remove syrup from heat. Stir in a few drops of food coloring and 1 teaspoon vanilla or fruit flavored extract. Pour syrup at once by tablespoon on very flat greased aluminum foil. Press wood sticks or spoon into each lollipop. Remove lollipops when cold.
