CHILI AND CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. celery, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 pkg. Chili-O seasoning mix
1 can tomatoes
1 c. corn chips
1 c. cheese, grated or diced (1/2 lb.)
2 c. pinto beans (1 lb. can)

Brown meat. Add onion and celery. Cook until tender, but not brown. Add salt and pepper. Add chili and tomato sauce. Mix. Layer chips in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and alternate layers of chili, chips, and cheese, ending with chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until heated through. Serves 6.
