CHIPPED BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. Cheddar cheese, diced 3 tbsp. onion, finely chopped 1 c. uncooked egg noodles 1/4 c. dried beef, bite-sized pieces 2 hard cooked eggs, sliced 1 c. milk Stir condensed soup until creamy. Add all other ingredients (noodles are added uncooked). Turn into buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Store covered in refrigerator 3-4 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4-6. |
