CHIP BEEF DIP | |
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 4 tbsp. milk 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. cut green onions (green top only) 1 jar dried beef 1 tbsp. onion flakes 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 c. pecans (chopped; sauteed in 4 tbsp. butter) Mix all ingredients except pecans. Put in a greased casserole. Top with the pecans. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve at room temperature. Serve with crackers. (Better made the night before. Refrigerate, then bring out to room temperature.) |
