MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 can creamed corn

Use 1/2 this mixture for first layer in a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish or pan. Brown 1-1 1/2 pounds ground beef, drain. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle this over the first layer in the baking dish for second layer. 3-4 chopped jalapeno pepper 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
