PEPPERED PECANS 
3 tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. pecan halves

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In small skillet melt butter. Add garlic, Tabasco sauce and salt; cook 1 minute. Toss pecans with the butter mixture, spread in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 1 hour or until pecans are crisp; stir occasionally. Makes 3 cups.
