HARVEST MOON DINNER 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 egg
3 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. milk
4 peach halves
4 tsp. vinegar
Brown sugar
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Dilute with 1/3 c. milk

Mix. Form into 4 balls. Flatten in a square baking dish, greased. Place a peach half on top of each pattie. Put 1 teaspoon vinegar on each peach, sprinkle on a little brown sugar on each peach. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered until done, approximately 40 minutes. Meanwhile, warm 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup milk in saucepan. When you put pattie with peach on plate, spoon on soup sauce.
