CRUNCHY ICE CREAM 
1 stick butter
4 oz. sliced almonds
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
2 1/2 c. Rice Chex, crushed
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Melt butter and brown almonds. Turn fire off and add brown sugar, coconut and Rice Chex. Put half mixture in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Then put softened ice cream on top of mixture. Top with remaining mixture. Freeze and cut into squares. Real Good!
