I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M NOT A CHEF,
STEAK!
 
Rib eye beef (chicken is good too)

SAUCE:

3 tsp. Mirin or sugar
1 c. olive oil
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 lime, squeezed
1/2 c. soy sauce

Beat the meat to make tender. Combine all ingredients for sauce. Put the beef in the sauce and leave in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Make sure the beef is covered with sauce. Grill on barbecue.
