CHICKEN FAJITAS 
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 chicken breasts
Flour tortillas
3 tomatoes
1 onion
3 green peppers

Combine first 6 ingredients to make a marinade. Marinate chicken breasts at least 4 hours - can marinate overnight. Grill the chicken. Once grilled, cut the chicken into cubes. Serve with tomato, onion and green peppers sauteed in butter. May wrap in flour tortilla. May serve with salsa, grated cheese and lettuce.
