CHICKEN FAJITAS 
1/3 c. lime juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Tequilla
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. red pepper
2 tsp. chopped garlic
2 lg. boneless chicken breasts
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 med. onion
2 tomatoes
Flour tortillas
Refried beans
Guacamole
Salsa
Lime wedges

Cut chicken, green peppers, red pepper, onion and tomatoes into strips. Marinate chicken in remaining ingredients for several hours or more. Heat small amount of oil (preferably peanut) in a wok or skillet. Remove chicken from marinade (reserving marinade). Stir fry chicken in oil until done (white). Remove.

Add oil if necessary and stir fry peppers and onions until tender crisp; then add tomatoes and heat through. Add chicken and some of the reserved marinade. Stir and cook until heated through. Warm tortillas.

Place small amount of heated refried beans on tortilla. Add some chicken mixture. Squirt with small amount of lime juice. Add guacamole and salsa if desired. Roll up and EAT!! Serves 4.
